Fabrics, Lycra and Chamois:

The most important components are the materials. We have sourced materials from the same manufacturers that the high-end clothing manufacturers use. We’ll let you in on a little secret: There are only a handful of Chamois manufacturers in the world and about dozen good Lycra/Spandex manufacturers.

Our shorts are constructed out of a nice heavy weight spandex polyester blend that has great wicking properties; so the shorts never feel heavy. The compression of the stretch is high and the pad stays in place. The chamois we have chosen is from a high-end manufacturer.  It has seamless construction with great density and without feeling bulky. It has a frictionless top layer and it is made from antibacterial materials. It is really a comfortable all-day chamois.

Our jersey is made from high stretch, wicking polyester and has great features like easy access, non-sagging rear pockets and a full length zipper. It also has a silicon gripper at the bottom, but not on the arm openings.
